Rooms are booked for the athletes, two per room. Please note, we the teams, must book rooms thru THS (we would prefer not to) but you have no such requirement.
There has been a problem on July 5, so not sure if you will be able to book at this rate, I have heard of Parents getting a room this night at a higher rate at our hotel.
THS is now stating that you will need the team code in order to book rooms.

Now after speaking to them, the process is
- Call THS at 888-536-8326 x 32 (Amanda)
- Provide your credit card to make the reservation
- Individual cancellation policy will apply (14 days prior)
- This is not part of the Adversity block, but go for the rate.
