Arivals the day before play begins, early enough to watch Finals (17's). Each team is expected to meet with thir coach at 9 pm the night before.

Departures should be arranged to allow teams to watch the Finals, which are generally schduled at 2 or 3 PM, departure from Austin should therefore be early evening to allow each team to watch if they do not make iit to the finals
