Bryn Kehoe grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio and attended St. Ursula Academy. They won the Ohio State High School Division 1 Championship twice, in 2001 and 2003, and were runners-up in 2002. She competed with the Junior National Team in 2005 at the World Championships in Turkey, Youth National Team in 2003 at the World Championships in Poland, and Junior National Team in 2002 at NORCECA in Canada.

Immediately following her playing career, Bryn was hired as an assistant coach at the University of Alabama. The 2 seasons that Bryn was a part of the staff still stand as the most successful in program history with back-to-back NCAA appearances.
