This property is 20  miles from the venue.  We were closed out of the originall 5 properties requested and the Crowne Plaza is the only hotel with enough rooms for the club.  THS can not arrange a block of Parent Rooms.  You can call them directly and try to reserve a room or stay at another hotel.
