Maccabiah Games

My name is Sam Shweisky. I am the head coach for Borderline 18-red open and graduate assistant coach with the University of Miami Red Hawks. I was recently appointed the head coach for the 18-and under girls Maccabiah team that will compete this summer (July 2nd-July 21st) in Israel. The Maccabiah games are for athletes from Jewish heritage. It is an amazing opportunity to play volleyball against other Jewish athletes from other countries such as: Israel, Brazil, Turkey, Canada, Mexico, and Germany to name but a few. I played on the Men's open team in Israel in 2001 and we won a silver medal.  It was a very rewarding experience. Please contact me if any of your players might  be interested in playing this summer.
