Take I-90 west to the Randall Rd. exit. Turn right (north) onto Randall Road Stay on Randall into Crystal Lake. Once you reach the Pingree Road stoplight, turn left onto Pingree Road. Take Pingree Road to Rt. 14 (1st Stop Light - Around the Clock Restaurant).  Turn left onto Rt. 14.  Take Rt. 14 to Exchange Drive (first Stoplight).  Turn Right onto Exchange Drive.  Take Exchange Dr all the way until the street ends (past congress). Sky High Athletic Center is the last building on the left hand side.
