Boys All Skills Academy

-12 hours of on court instruction teaching the fundamental skills: Serve, Pass, Attack, Set and Block

-Each session will focus on proper technique with high repetition  

-Athletes will be separated by age and skill level 

Registration in advance is preferred

-6 hours of training focusing on proper form and technique 

-Agility: Focusing on footwork and working on specific volleyball movements 

-Speed: Reviewing proper running form and drills specific to increase speed and power

-Plyos: Jump training and core exercises worked together to help increase vertical and proper jumping and landing techniques
