Summer Clinics

JUNE 8-10

Serve & 1st Contact 

1:00 p.m.-2:30 p.m.

$90 (checks payable by check to Adversity VBC or cash payment)

Description:
4.5 hours of on-court instruction focusing on teaching the proper technique with high repetition for serving and passing.

Serving: ie. Jump Serving, Standing Float & Jump Float

Passing: ie. Forearm, Overhead & outside of body

Plyo/Speed & Agility Training 

2:30 p.m.-3:30 p.m. 

$50 (cash payment)

Description:
Prime Time Sports Training will conduct these sessions that are an introduction to speed, agility, & plyometric exercises. The main focus will be to teach proper form and footwork of these exercises. Our staff will focus on breaking down the fundamentals of jumping to strengthen the body in order to increase verticals, improve reaction times, and decrease jump-related injuries.

Attacking 

3:30 p.m.-5:00 p.m.

$90 (checks payable by check to Adversity VBC or cash payment)

Description:
4.5 hours of on court instruction focusing on teaching the proper technique with high repetition for attacking. Attacking: 3 step approaches, 4 step approaches, transitional attacking, back-row attacking, lateral approaches, outside-in with emphasis on full arm work and hand contact.

Setting & 1st Contact

1:00 p.m.-2:30 p.m.

$90 (checks payable to Adversity VBC or cash payment)

Description:
4.5 hours of on court instruction focusing on teaching the proper technique with high repetition for setting and passing.

Setting: ie. Standing-on/off net, Jump Setting-on/off net, Over the shoulder, Setter attack & Out of system attack.

Passing: ie. Forearm, Overhead & outside of body
